This section is intended to provide AWs an equal opportunity at advancement within the AW rate, Sailor of the Month competitions, and programs leading to a commission. It will include comments, as available, from selection board members. Additionally, articles that appear in the FAWA newsletter regarding individual success at advancement will be included.
